3D Printing - Prototyping

Reliable Design Services L.P. (RDS) utilizes 3D printing technology called FDM (fused deposition modeling) from industry leader Stratasys Ltd.

This technology expands our capability to provide rapid prototyping of custom parts for pre-production design, as well as durable end-use production parts made from built-to-last ABS thermoplastic.

Custom Aluminum Extrusion

3D-Printing allows us to create custom aluminum extrusion die with machining.

High precision modeling and support material used in the build of this vacuum shoe. Soluble support material allows for cavities to be designed right into the part.

Rapid Prototyping
